Our Process

Pre-Installation Survey

A trained surveyor assesses your property to ensure it is suitable for insulation. This includes checking:

Drilling the Injection Points

Small holes (approx. 22-26mm) are drilled into the external walls in a precise pattern. This ensures even distribution of the EPS beads throughout the entire cavity.

Injection of EPS Bonded Beads

Using specialist equipment, EPS beads mixed with a bonding agent are injected into the cavity under controlled pressure. The beads flow freely into all areas of the cavity, filling gaps and eliminating air pockets to deliver consistent insulation performance

Sealing the Holes

Once the cavity is fully filled, the drilled holes are filled with colour-matched mortar to blend seamlessly with your existing brickwork or render. This leaves a clean, tidy finish

Final Quality Checks

A full post-installation inspection ensures:

  • Ventilation is unobstructed
  • The finish is neat and uniform
